CENTRO EUROPEU DE LÍNGUAS coordinates Erasmus+ projects in Portugal.
Between 1996 and 2021, we promoted around 19 projects under the Leonardo da Vinci Program and the Erasmus+ Programme, having sent hundreds of young Portuguese people from various professional areas to different European countries.

DO YOU KNOW WHAT A MOBILITY PROJECT IS?

Key Action 1 projects – individual mobility for learning purposes offer participants the opportunity to improve their skills, employability and gain cultural awareness.
Through our projects, we offer professional internships for recent graduates, contributing to an improvement in the acquisition and use of knowledge, skills and qualifications, in order to facilitate personal development, employability and participation in the European labor market.
You can only participate if you are a student of an organization with an approved project.

HOW TO COMPETITION?

If you are a student at the Centro Europeu de Línguas and want to participate in a project, send us your CV in Europass format with the express reference “Application to the Erasmus+ Program”.

PARTICIPANT SELECTION CRITERIA

a) Curriculum Assessment: in which factors such as basic academic qualifications, skills in foreign languages, training and professional experience and coherence of the path will be considered and weighted, with a view to assessing the professional skills of the candidates, based on the analysis of the respective curriculum vitae and letter of motivation, classifiable from 0 to 20 points.

b) Personal Selection Interview: in which factors such as: degrees of responsibility, initiative, motivation, autonomy, adaptability, personality factors will be considered, with a view to assessing, in an interpersonal relationship and in an objective and systematic way, the professional and personal skills of the candidates , through the weighting of parameters, being classified from 0 to 20 values, with a predictable duration of 30 minutes.

The AC represents 40% of the final evaluation and the EPS the remaining 60%. The final classification, expressed on a scale of 0 to 20 values, will result from the average of the classifications obtained in each of the methods used, considering not approved the candidates who, in the final classification, obtain classification inferior to 10 values. Participants with the highest ratings will be selected.

CERTIFICATION

As the Erasmus+ Program is promoted by duly qualified entities, the diplomas and certificates issued by the host entities will be validated in a context of lifelong training for curricular purposes and within the European Certification. The EUROPASS MOBILITY document will be issued to all participants. The number of vacancies in the Program is limited, according to the approved subsidy. CENTRO EUROPEU DE LÍNGUAS – HOSTING ENTITY IN LISBON – PORTUGAL

CENTRO EUROPEU DE LÍNGUAS also works as a host entity under the Erasmus+ Programme. This experience dates back to 1996, the year we started working with the Leonardo da Vinci PROGRAM, having received hundreds of young people from different nationalities and professional areas in mobility and internship programs. As Host Partners, we prepare and organize the stay of a group or individual participants, adjusting every detail to the specific needs of each sending partner and each participant.

 

Centro Europeu de Línguas & Lisbon – The ideal solution for a successful internship.

LINGUISTIC AND CULTURAL PREPARATION

As a widely certified language school (see ACCREDITATION), we organize courses in Portuguese language and culture, at various levels, in accordance with the CEFR, adjusted to the communication needs and professional field of each participant.

INTERNSHIP

According to the participant’s curriculum profile and letter of motivation, we offer quality internships, in any professional area, adjusted to the national reality and expectations of each participant. Internships under this Program are generally unpaid.

DURATION

The duration of the internships is variable, according to the characteristics of the projects of each sending entity. Taking into account the linguistic learning and acquisition of professional experience that is intended through this initiative, we recommend, in general, internships with a minimum of 3 months.

Through the different contacts we have with different accommodation entities, we offer the best options according to the characteristics of each mobility.

LOCAL TRANSPORT

CENTRO EUROPEU DE LÍNGUAS coordinates Erasmus+ projects in Portugal.
Between 1996 and 2021, we promoted around 19 projects under the Program CENTRO EUROPEU DE LÍNGUAS supports all participants in the acquisition of transport tickets in the city, always studying the most economical and effective options, adapted to the individual needs of each one in the Leonardo da Vinci and the Erasmus+ Programmes, having sent hundreds of young Portuguese people from various professional areas to different European countries.

 

TRANSFER

Upon arrival in Lisbon, all participants are welcomed by one of the CENTRO EUROPEU DE LÍNGUAS tutors and escorted to their accommodation, with maps and general information about the city and the public transport system being given to them.

FOLLOW-UP

Our tutors offer personalized and constant support to each participant. They are professionals with extensive experience in mobility programmes, dedicated to welcoming young people of other nationalities, who can be contacted 24 hours a day to resolve any problem inherent in adapting to the host city/country. Throughout the mobility program, participants have weekly formal and informal follow-up sessions with our tutors.

QUALITY CONTROL

All participants regularly fill in evaluation and satisfaction questionnaires, with a view to quality control and a perspective of continuous improvement.

CERTIFICATION

Since the Erasmus+ Program is co-financed by the European Commission, the diplomas and certificates issued by the Centro Europeu de Línguas and host companies are validated in a context of lifelong learning for curricular purposes and within the European Certification – Europass Mobility. LANGUAGE PREPARATION IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE ERASMUS PROGRAM

We also prepare linguistically and culturally, foreign students who enter an academic training in Portugal and Portuguese students who are going to carry out their studies in another country of the EU. In this context and through our experience and know-how in the area of mobility, we are open to all types of collaboration by students or directly through universities.
